That must be so frustrating for them! I’m glad women in the West have the choice to pursue whatever type of life they want. I just wish all choices were respected and valued.

It’s a real problem! I’ve seen Black, Jewish and Muslim women embrace tradwife/trad values on social media, but reporters never seem to talk about them! Go figure! There are undeniably tradwife white supremacists online, but the media is so set about saying tradwives are extremists that they refuse to look at the complexities. It’s maddening, honestly.

Last month I got perma-banned from a certain parenting sub for commenting on a post here. To be honest, I wasn’t expecting it since I didn’t say anything violent or hostile etc. But the act of commenting was enough. I came here out of curiosity more than shared beliefs, but now I’m committed to staying. I have no patience for subs policing my post practices, for goodness sake.

I say don’t miss this opportunity! You aren’t actually homeless if you have an anchor flat at your parents’, so I wouldn’t worry about that.
