Yeah, her years of training are a potential waste for her, but she does have an appeals process available to her. But considering the the years of service the hospital has provided/will provide, their potential loss is even greater. Thus, their decision. The fact that she attacked an innocent man, who was in the right, and was working at his job, compounds the gravity of her offense. This cannot be lost on those adjudicating the outcome.

Yeah, it is a shame. She might be real smart. But she kneed a man in the groin and then went through his car destroying items like a psycho, all while pronouncing entitlement. That's really bad. The hospital isn't being vindictive, they are just protecting their interests. They have an obligation to assure the community they serve, that when the members of the community present themselves for care, the medical staff espouses highest standards of compassion. Also, the residency program has to maintain a good standing within the medical community....her presence diminishes its credibility. She stains the resumes of the other residents. More than likely, there is a wall inside that hospital's waiting room. People pay twenty five grand to have their names put on that wall. Imagine getting phone calls from four of those names. Now it's affecting the budget. Also, this hospital is hosting a residency program, which is now blemished by her presence. Who benefits? The hospital where she works. She's a liability with a history of public violence. She might have gotten dropped by her malpractice insurance carrier. She's a headache that will have to be coddled, patients may object and then there's that to deal with, and the hospital has been made a laughing stock by her presence. They don't have time for this bullshit, there's work to be done.

Good luck, DirtyPedro, you're sounding better already. FOLLOW THROUGH. And stop trying to protect her, or prevent her from getting in trouble. You are enabling her, and not doing her any favors. She needs to understand the consequences of her behavior. This will actually help her. The system might force her to go to anger mgmt. she needs help. You need serious help. First of all, she's off her Meds. She might have a psychiatric history of involuntary holds, or even a criminal record of violent behavior. You need to get officials involved. If she is threatening to hurt herself, she is eligible for an involuntary hold. But you have to get official help, and soon. Here is the thing about her false accusations.
