That's sort of a rabbit hole you somehow both should and really should not go down. To say the very least, you can learn an awful lot about what is wrong with the silicon valley mindset and "techbros" from her story/the story of "Theranos". It's equal parts depressing and grotesquely fascinating.

I think what he's saying is, in most posts here it makes sense if the PP is in some way asked for or it is implied that it was asked for. A woman signing up for the special forces is not asking for a pussy pass. Quite the opposite. That's the point. Not a PPD situation if there was no pussy pass being requested to deny. If respect is earned it should be given.

Yep, can confirm. Got a little passionate about something political on the Australia subreddit once and got instantly permabanned for it rather than warned or suspended. Still banned like 4 years later. Think I disagreed with the mods of LateStageCapitalism that cheerful posts celebrating Stalin's birthday were in good taste, and got banned just for that.
