1	Stop saying "sorry" so God damn often. This is a horrible habit I got into as a child and even my father's advice to stop saying it so much didn't stick with me. If I could take one and only one word out of my vocabulary it would be this one. I don't even think I really have a good grasp on what remorse is because I apologize for shit so often that isn't even my fault.
