I'd answer yes to basically every one of those questions, because I was raised in a society that promotes skepticism and quite literally has "innocent until proven guilty" as one of it's mandates. If someone makes an accusation towards another person, and I have no more information other than it being an accusation, I am not going to assume it's true, that's beyond stupid...and it definitely shouldn't be the sort of behavior that organizations promote.
