| 0 | Can we put something in the sidebar to explain how we're not even remotely related to the red pill?Feminism has done little to no work in policing their ranks and it hurts them. Silence can be twisted into anything so why not spell it out so there is no room for deliberate misinterpretation about where we stand and why we stand there. If we don't support /r/TheRedPill then why would being transparent about it ever hurt us. At worst it'll do nothing, at best it'll clarify our image for some confused, naive or new eyes on the sub. | /r/MensRights | 04/06/14 01:59 AM |
| 1 | Would anyone be interested in setting up an "Ask MRAs" or "Ask MensRights" subreddit, like the AskFeminists one?For the legitimate questioners it's a good outreach tool, for the bad ones it's an opportunity to say "See the BS that gets thrown our way". Win win. | /r/MensRights | 23/04/14 11:52 AM |
| 1 | Friend is getting pushed into an arranged marriage.I think the predominant fear for him is setting himself against his culture. It seems too big, too unassailable and too pervasive, even though he is largely independent of it now and he is aware of how archaic and stupid this tradition is. My feeling is that he needs some ex-member of the zeitgeist to tell him it's okay to be excommunicated if it comes to that. | /r/MensRights | 03/02/14 09:02 PM |
