| 1 | The Red Pill, You & MoralityRight but what is the win condition for these simulations? Maximizing some measure of gain? Further, how can we extrapolate this to ethics, and what is "optimal" in that case? It's not hard to find communities where tit for tat is sub-optimal when personal gain isn't considered "winning". For instance, in places where the majority prioritize and reward the value of virtuous/ethical behavior over personal gain (Mormon communities come to mind).
