| 5 | Blocking gets much easier the more you do it. When you start blocking, instead of engaging, at the first sign of disrespect, it starts to feel goodOkay maybe I have a differing opinion than one here. I agree on this strategy, if you know the context. I have been in situation most recently where I gave too much benefit of the doubt and the person took it for granted. And just because i was “chill” thought he could go on disrespecting. Took me a while to not make excuses for him and move on. WHILE saying that.
