Maybe setting a precedent where she'd get less time if she'd just killed him and disposed of the body isn't the... I dunno... Right way to go about this? What do I know.

You sjw types are the reading equivalent of hearing nails down a chalkboard. Actually, like two pieces of Styrofoam rubbing against each other.

It took many many times before my wife would ever see my penis soft. For many years, if she could see it, it perked up.

I can look at 90 pussies on Reddit in 5 minutes, and you think only dick pics are saturated?

I'm actually suggesting this needs to be handled under a different ruleset than your "traditional" cp case.

Ok. My parents have some of me in the tub as a kid. If I were to sell them, who am I victimizing? I'm not really clear on this.

And I asked, is that right?

You know it's pretty normal for there to exist pictures of, for example, kids in the tub, and those parents aren't evil pedophiles for having those in the family picture album.

So, with regard to a new wrinkle that the laws, as written, aren't really equipped to handle, your answer is to punish some people harshly to establish the baseline? Interesting. I guess that works until you're the one being used to establish that new baseline. Then it might seem a bit fucked.

An interesting question with the caveat, "is it okay for an adult to sell pictures of themselves as children to someone else?" And if so, a definition of specifically why not would be helpful, considering the existing laws are undeniably crafted around the idea that creating child porn necessarily includes a victim and perpetrator. Yet this case suggests a different paradigm, I think.

Held accountable sounds great. Should she be held to the same standard as a child molester, or a different standard? That's what I'm asking.

Touche Yet who is the law most likely to punish? Hmm, maybe we have a problem here worth discussing?

Right, but this person isn't a minor. She's 25 and very much an adult capable of making adult decisions
/r/PussyPassDenied16/12/20 12:01 AM

And you think that's the spirit of the law in full force and effect? Or is it more of a perversion of the law?

Not at all the point. I'm not talking about the viewer, rather questioning whether this is a "pussy pass" or in fact, if the laws regarding child abuse would be stretched to fit a situation they don't apply to, should someone be charged in these circumstances.

I agree it shouldn't be allowed anyway. However, I also don't think that means it's ok to harshly punish someone for making a choice about their own images or videos the same way you would a child abuser.

And I would also question the absurdity of that. How can you be the victim and perpetrator at the same time? Do we lock up people for suicide attempts? Do we lock up minors for masturbating? At some point there needs to be a line drawn and this line is in the wrong place.

Is that something that ever happens? By the time you're 18, who is tricking or forcing you to do anything?

I'm pretty sure everyone who downloaded or accessed that material are guilty of a crime but I'm saying should the same exact laws, designed to dissuade child abuse, should be applied in a case where there is clearly no victim? And should possession of this material be considered the same severity of crime as possession of child abuse material? The consumers of this stuff were aware of the circumstances. And know abuse wasn't occurring in this case. I don't know, it's all very complicated.

Actually I'd have the same question. The consistent argument against cp is that kids can't consent to the act and they can't consent to having their material online forever. So when an adult makes that decision for themselves, with old material of themselves, should the same laws apply? It doesn't seem like the same issue at all (who is the victim here?).

Aren't the whole point of cp laws to protect the victims on camera? In this case it doesn't seem appropriate to expect the same punishment for her as someone who groomed or forced a kid to do the same thing.

Yeah, but our society has agreed that pieces of shit like this belong behind bars for the rest of their lives. And that's what happened here. If they had gotten a short sentence, fine. But they got the maximum. Like, what can you ask for that's more than the literal maximum?

What's nonsensical? This thread is full of people hoping other criminals commit violence against these women. If you're for that, then I disagree with your opinion of what prison is for. Because it isn't for vengeance.

I'm not talking about someone who harmed a kid. I'm talking about the people you're suggesting should kill someone in fucking prison now

Have sympathy for the people being reformed in prison, and stop hoping they add murdering people to their release plan.

I'm not talking about them. I think you didn't read my post. Or if you did, you didn't understand what I typed. Maybe try again?

No, I'm saying that people who are being reformed in prison not for life shouldn't be asked to learn committing violence is ok.

Yeah! Fuck laws and what the courts say! Prison doesn't suck enough! Let's add must be an executioner to the punishment for the average criminal.

No, but I do see the way she writes there, and think it's possible to infer something about her from the post. What do you think are the odds the very first time she posted a rude comment, it ended up here?

I don't think she was asking them out. She was asking about them... You know, when you're out for dinner with a mother, you might talk about her kids for a bit? Like normal people do.
