what is "rigorous imprisonment"? is that like 10 years hard labor type deal?

Yea... people need to understand they've hardcoded some "rules" into the system for various things, if you look on twitter there a bunch of "woke" stuff locked into the AIs answering algorithm. Because its not open source, we won't know the level of intrusion these rules have on the AIs ability to answer things on its own without curtailing its answer. The first one i saw going around online was Chat GPT refused to make a poem about Donald trump, saying it would be unethical, but was completely …

It has nothing to do with women (i never even mentioned women, or a women), he even said himself he has no defence, IE he's most likely guilty. It sound like a case of im guilty but i hope if i spend all my money on a good lawyer i'm going to get out of the charges i face, but he's just learned 6 months in that you can't make a red barn look blue no matter how you try, and is now having a cry about it.

Has a 5000 dollar lawyer he's being using for well over 6 months, has force OP to sign a waiver saying he's not getting a refund because hes put in too much work(what? you've only spoken to him a handful of times). Has no job but can afford a lawyer, but is also out of money. Can't get a job because of criminal history, but lawyer keeps telling him to get a job. Has only spoken to the lawyer a few times. Hes now doing his own defence work despite having a lawyer, but also claims he has no defenc…

Sort of should be blurred, technically the woman he had sex with didn't report him, it was her roommate who did from the way i understood it; that being said the woman should have come forth to defend him

I mean, let's be honest, did you ever really expect any different kind of response? This is a billion dollar company they will never answer a question like this directly unless they are basically cornered, even then they might still dodge the question.

Wouldn't it be illegal in some sense to be marrying someone who isn't fully aware of his faculties? I'm not a lawyer but i'd think that would be an easy case in court to win (assuming he has kids who want to contest.)

That's the problem with the Australian law system, they can be very lenient some times, get sentenced for murder? 10 years in jail(out in like 7), get caught smuggling drugs in, 70 years.

Exactly, they forget they've been given this right/freedom to say pretty much whatever the fuck they want without fear of serious retaliation and i only say serious retaliation because other people disagreeing with you or suing you for what you've said isn't serious retaliation; being beaten half to death, raped and/or being murdered for your beliefs/opinion/what you say is a serious retaliation. But nah, apparently words hurt just as much.

Depends on where she is in the US, assuming she's in the USA. But go and try that in one of the "Muslim majority" countries and see how this flys. I always find it a massive joke when i see these women/people claiming oppression in the USA/Canada/UK when they are doing nothing to stop the oppression from their origins, like why aren't you in Saudi arabia protesting women's rights? I'm not really sure who that is, i'm just saying i've seen two distinct types of feminism, ones who are willing to talk and have a discussion, and ones who are not, who want to scream and lock men up, i think that is was most people consider to be new-wave feminism, screaming and chopping mens balls off. I was just wanting to point out i wasn't agreeing with anything this new-wave that i've seen is doing and saying, but i am acknowledging this other form of feminism that i see, ones who talk and…
/r/MensRights25/03/19 04:07 PM

Not new wave feminism, not non new wave feminism, just those women who think all men should die and dye their hair red and scream at people so loud they can't get a word in edgewise so they consider themselves victorious, men should have their balls chopped off and locked in a cage while women rule the world! I guess i don't have a true definition, but basically the ones who are crazy for a lack of a better word.

Honestly as a guy, from both the MRA and feminist(not new-wave) side, i see wrong and correct things on both sides, this woman was have a bit of an incoherent rant but what i do see from both sides is finger point as to what's wrong, why can't everyone just be nice to each other and stop point fingers, blaming one sex or other shit like that. The sooner we do this on BOTH sides the sooner we don't need MRA or FMA. It's just silly.

There was one i saw in i think iceland (or one of the nordic countries i don't really remember) was was fucking hilarious to watch, if memory serves correct this guy was completely shitfaced, average build, avg height and these female officers were attempted to corral and arrest this man, and he was having nothing of it, just completely ignoring them and manhandling his way through them like they weren't even there, he wasn't necessarily violent towards them, just kind of like continuing on as i…

I mean, no that's not true at all. There are channels out there with 100k subs and all their videos have 1m+ views on all videos, where there are other channels with 100k subs and only get 30k views per video, subscribers don't really mean anything. You also don't get more money for ads, it pays the same amount regardless of your subscribers.

The funny thing about this is, that this is what it was like back in the 1800-1900's, they were men and people that would just beat the shit out of women and get away with it, its like they are arguing that history should be changed to reflect something that its not....Thats simply what happened back then

I'm a guy (check my history if you don't believe me) but i sort of understand where this judge is coming from in a sense, it would be a horrible waste for her to go to jail for a few years and be unable to practice medicine (as far as i know you will be barred from ever participating after a criminal charge like this). The point is women will never be on the same standard as men, in terms of physicality; so there should never be any female firefighters, cops or soldiers

I dont think it would cost anything more at all, or be any more inefficient(than it already is). Have you heard of a school/college/uni that has only ONE math teacher, or ONE science teacher? very highly unlikely unless its a very niche subject being taught. Math teacher A give math teacher B their students tests and vice versa, mark them give them back to each other and and bam it's done, you didn't have to hire anyone else, it only took a few minutes at most to swap tests its mostly anonymous …

Maybe it's just me, but why hasn't anonymous marking for things picked up yet or take precedence? You miss my point completely, i never said the US was the worst place on earth did i? no i didnt, i said all great countries are destructive, im assuming your 3rd world country isnt considered "great country" therefore, it wont fall into this catigory, if you did a little research you would find that the US is following the timeline of rome very closely, what happened to rome? well it fell. All GREAT countries are destructive.

Toronto is okay, id avoid the ontairo area in general, its has a lot of bad divers and you will pay a lot for insurance ( i was paying 9000 a year for 1 car), other then that its a great place to live, housing isnt too expensive, if you do move to the GTA, then try to find a place not directly in the city, IE brampton, or missisauga.

Thats sort of a different think, i mean generally when you have sex You wear a condom because you both dont want kids. Where as if you're getting married, one might want a pay out, where as the other doesn't want to pay out, if said marriage comes to an end, that's when asking for a prenup can make shit go down the drain before you even get anywhere ( regardless of whether it would work out) or not, making one of the members feel untrusted automatically
/r/MensRights11/10/13 03:24 PM

a prenup i find to be a strange thing...its a hard thing to ask for, because you are openly admitting you don't trust said partner

I've always wondered this, that if i ever got in to a problem like this, where i was getting raped by my ex for child support, i dont know if this is a scumbaggy thing, but what would happen if you just...moved? like asking 2500 is Absurd amount to ask for every month for one child, like your quality of life must be suffering, and i feel for you, that sucks a lot. To Reiterate, what would happen if you just tried to move away? is it possible, also are you happy with your life right now?
