Then post ALL of the stats instead of the ones that fit your narrative. Out of the active 80,000 officers it is correct that only 163 die a year on average. ALSO on average 50,072 officers are assaulted and 14,030 officers assaulted with injuries. So you have roughly 60% of active duty officers being assaulted per year. Again, not trying to just defend police but I'd be nervous as all hell with every car I pulled over.
