I was a people pleaser, and kind of a nervous, wrist-wringing bitch when I was younger. 5	What is Alpha at its very core? See my comment history because I just discussed how the term describes traits associated with leadership and high status. The simplest way to "become an alpha" is to stop asking for permission (whether directly or indirectly). In the words of Nike, "just do it."
