> When she realizes you are fat an unattractive again it will diminish. Be aware, it's a stage. Thanks for the reminder. I'm working to stay disciplined and keep my eye on the prize: me. > You're the one who put yourself in this prison. It's so completely true, and I'm still mostly in prison. But having experienced these things that as a career beta, I'd never thought I'd experience in my life, I feel hopeful now about the future.

However, along the way you realize you don't need her validation or desire, so you no longer care about it. You never really get to enjoy it: by the time you've earned it, you no longer care about it. It's different. The goal is to be a man who needs no external validation. Validation comes from self-actualization. It's internally generated. You still get to enjoy your wife or some other girl, you just have no use for her approval. What happens a lot of times, is people make changes in the inter…

I didn’t work for my daughter and I. She just escalated. I was wrong. The situation is worse than I expected, and what you're doing may keep the peace sometimes, but it is not working to establish a functional parent-child dynamic. I've seen every kind of tantrum you can imagine. You're right that you do need to face it. Instead, though, you are making her Master and Commander and it only encourages her domination of you. Face it head on without placating, rationalizing, or explaining. As long a…

My daughter had a meltdown about chocolate on Saturday morning but It went away as quickly as it came because I was able to guide her out by presenting easy options and clear consequences. I have 7 kids, but I did shit like this with the first one. You need to stop caring when she has a fit. The best answer is plain old DEERless "No. I don't want to give you a chocolate." Who cares if she has a tantrum? She will get bored with it. I like "If you're going to have a fit, please do it in the other …

As an example, when it comes to my wife & marriage, at first my answer was just “a good marriage, my wife respects and I have a great sex life”. These were a start, but I didn’t have answers to what this looked like on a day-to-day basis. As a fellow noob, I've internalized the idea that you can't get there from here. While those things can be nice, the people that get respect and sex are those who are willing to make their own life a priority, and ultimately willing to nuke their marriage if it…

You're probably right. I think its too late for me to show him. I've been a terrible example his whole life and now he's already grown up and dating. I will be a good example to his little brothers, but for him, I am a cautionary tale. He's gotten a lot of pressure and advice from others to be sexually chaste and to quickly escalate relationships into something formal and serious. I could tell our talk relieved him of that pressure, and that makes me happy.

I have a team of Kala-worshipping monks on retainer. After checking her hymen and interrogating to ensure she has never known sexual pleasure, they subject her to a series of grueling physical and psychological challenges to verify that she is virtuous and loves only me. My favorite is when they place a metal bowl of hungry rats against the abdomen and apply heat so the rats will burrow. They tell her she will be set free if she denounces me. So far every girl has failed. Bitches.

For a former career-beta-tradcon like me, Rian Stone's sidebar content is worth its weight in gold. My first time reading through the sidebar material, my self-deception mechanism managed to minimize a lot of the information that was the most uncomfortable for me, or even twist it to view it in a different light, while latching on to anything blue pill and elevating it to the top. This is by far the best audio-video RP content available I have found, and far better than anything else Rian has do…

What helped me is the sidebar youtube series for MMSLP from Rian Stone. He not only covers the tragedy of Athol's life but discusses the sections of the book that are bad advice (found to be bad or not true), and also the portions that are just Athol's experience and don't relate to anything that men have in general found to be true. Edit: I love this series. All the books he's covered so far have "problem areas" and it is good to get the veteran perspective on pieces of terrible or useless ad…

Yes, but not in the way that you're thinking or hoping. If your woman is the gold standard and you would go to hell and back to save your marriage, then the answer is no. The only way any woman will respect any man is if he is ultimately willing to nuke it and send her packing. You're already in hell, MRP helps you teach yourself how to get back from hell. If she is your princess, then be prepared for her to rule you. A good start is to think about what it would take for you to instantly nuke yo…

According to Rian Stone, on the sidebar youtube series for MMSLP, he stated that dread works even for lower ranked women. To paraphrase: If a woman wants to keep you she will mate guard against women who send you signals of sexual availability even if they are fours and your woman is a six. Women mate guard by fucking you more.

You're right. I could have phrased my question more specifically. I'm looking for material that specifically explores Cialdini's persuasion factors "Rules of Reciprocity", and "Consistency" in more depth and with more research. The most interesting portion to me was the Chinese brainwashing of U.S. soldiers, but all the subjects were male. The most similar sorts of information I've read so far would be Vance Packard's "The Hidden Persuaders" and "Captivate" by Vanessa Van Edwards. In particular,…

There are altruistic folks who may give their time to help someone that is serious. Every few months write another high-quality article about frame and keep it to yourself. Well... You gotta be able to do a pullup first before moving onto this shit. Nothing, and I mean nothing is going to work until you've dropped to 210lbs. So quit fucking worrying about your woman, and start worrying about how YOU are going to be more masculine. Noted. You fucking retard. You train your woman by polarizing her, not playing mind games and autist bullshit. In order for her to be very feminine, you have to be very masculine. A woman fills the container provided, and you're saying to me "I'm going to put a bowl out on the floor and everytime she eats out of it I'm going to tell her good girl". Movement of what you desire is dependent entirely on her actions. Who's frame is that in? Good question. And yes I am a fucking retard. For the past 20 year…

If you had any serious religious conviction, she'd already be your wife. You are utterly backwards in your thinking and that will ruin your life more than this girl. If you want your wife to do shit for you, ask her to do shit for you that adds value. Don't have some retarded covert contract of "if she doesn't do anything for me, then the only way she can add value is to fuck me" because son... that's going full-retard. For me it's been more of a defense mechanism of avoidance combined with passive aggression. As a fellow career beta and dancing monkey this is helpful to read. Much of the RP content is "results" oriented, which is the opposite of OI. Even the way OI is often described is as an act. Pretend to have outcome independence so you can trick her into thinking you're a better man than you are, and then receive her validation so that you can feel self-worth and gain confidence. It is sense of self-worth as inconstant as a woman's moods and a way of being that lacks authenticity and integrity. …

I question my worth and my reason for being. I've been contemplating this a lot. The reason for being is simple: "I would prefer not to die yet." Self-worth is more complicated, it comes from two sources: self-actualization (accomplishing what you want) external validation (the understanding that others recognize you as worthy) External validation is unreliable. I’m internalizing the belief that I will not be praised or given validation from anyone for anything I do.
