Nope. She's just paranoid based on other behaviours I've seen from her (She wouldn't leave her kids alone with other family members in fear of pedophilia, rape, etc, she thought someone was doing black magic on her, etc) . He's not tech savy at all, let alone who would actually track someones car and how. Just shocking to see her claims. She's trying to create the worst image possible of him basically and I guess it should be expected. Ugly world.

So he just got served her court submission. Just some new things that came up: She is asking for a permanent restraining order forever. How likely is that? She is asking for EOW with a weekday (3 hours). This is somewhat less than what he has now as he is getting sat-sun EOW and sun (8 hours). The lawyer seems realistic and has not overpromised but other than that we don't know. As well, I'm not sure if this is an issue (well now), but the ex-wife's attorney had an initial consult with my friend. I would guess this is conflict of interest but he didn'…

That's what I'm wondering - is it worth it to bring up to family court that she waited and planned? That's my main question that I was hoping others have insight about. His lawyer asked him to take an AM course off record, get some references and then present it to the prosecution and hopefully get the charges dropped with a peace bond, however, this seems like an admission of guilt on his end then. The lawyer then said if it comes up in family court they'd say the charges were dropped so there'…
