Oh ok. But does since 50% of first marriages end in divorce, does that imply that the other 50% lasts a liftime? According to divorcerate.org, the first marriage divorce rate in Americca is 41%. So 59% last a lifetime?

A lot of that 50% is made up of people who remarry, who are also more likely to divorce again since they already have at least once.
