I don't disagree with either of you. What I do find puzzling is that I'm regularly targeted by women I'm not interested in. This ought to give pause to whatever assumptions you've made about the repulsiveness of certain personality types. Thanks for your concern, Aeon. I'm not sure that black and white thinking is an issue at all: the notion of leagues is a device our culture uses to reduce the complexity of a chaotic data set for the purposes of prediction. They're real the same way any other actuarial tool is real. Anomalies still exist, but anyone of sound mind knows that a guy with my face won't be getting first draft, under normal conditions. At the very least, I'll have to pay more, like my 18 year old brother will for car …

That's incredibly bleak. On the other hand, I appreciate that another person agrees that my disadvantage is real. I spend literally three quarters of my time trying to disbelieve what I know to be true: that whatever I can obtain in this world will be a pathetic mockup of what I want. To just date the fat girls and wear mediocrity like the birthright it is would be less painful, and arguably, more moral. It's science fiction, but I can see the logic in it.
