Yeah, but i have to admit i love getting in religous debates. It tests how strong the framework is for my argument and where i need to improve. sadly these debates don't often happen.

Thank you! i have been getting to a couple arguments about it, and most of the stuff doesn't seem that bad. Except for some of those facebook arguments. they can be stupid, some are good, but most, meh.

You can crack preconceived notions calmly too. you might need to be a bit insensitive but angry would just get them defensive.

I have a history in debate so i am just speaking from personal experience. I have had or had much success converting with emotion. Converting with emotion is only successful if they don't have a preconception that gives them a different view on how you are presenting it. I.e. instead of intriguing them, they just think you are a bigot. Whereas if you are passionately explaining it in a logical manner they will be more open to what you say because they aren't scared that you will flip out if they…

Logic converts people, anger scares. When i try to convince people of circumsion, womens dominance in court, or any of these topics. I try to present them logically. If i just freak out they wont remember the key facts, they will just remember that i freaked out and it was about (MRA topic) then they will associate the anger with their preconceptions. It doesn't work in the long run. Let's not start now.

Married men are the bedrock of civilization, I would say that happy couples/families are the bedrock of civilization. With such a biased divorce method it seems as if, if at first you don't succeed and your a guy, your out of luck.
