From my own observations, I'd say it's the typical gossiping. Back in school a lot of (girl) friends of mine were constantly making fun of other girls' make up, clothing or their appearance in general, but also their behavior, typically making fun of girls who didn't act "feminine". Also misandry, in terms of generalising men. So yeah, basically boiling it down to enforcing their own gender stereotypes on others, so not that different from toxic masculinity.
