The affected is minimal to basically be registered nonexistent. It doesn't matter anyway I still believe there are more important issues to concern ourselves with. So what if it is or if it isn't? Why do you care what other people do with their babies? Especially if when they're grown they themselves don't care about it? How can a baby choose? My grandfather was twelve when he was cut. His mother tricked him when he was at the dentist office. While he was out they had a doctor come in and chop it off. He said it was much more painful and distressing then and he wished that she would have just done it as a baby. Some things are actual improvements.
