Deleted all my social networking accounts because I felt like it was just fake people looking for attention and approval from other people. It's too stressful and yeah I feel a bit disconnected from everyone else but I rather have real experiences then deal with bullshit online

Yeah, it's just building up that strength to make the initiative that's always the tough part. I know I can push myself to do it and I know that practice is the only way to make it less scary
