Well first I dont know how drinking and driving is mans rights issue Second, if someone gets drunk in a party, there are of course other people around, so they have a shared responsibility to do the right thing and not make a move on the drunk person If you drink and drive thats a situation where you are alone, and even worse endangering uninvolved people, so of course the responsibility will be your alone
