I’m guessing if there’s only 350 people in your college you’re also in a small town? Not optimal, BUT still potential for strong social circle game especially if you’re not already ‘in’ so to speak. Make a few friends from your classes, see what’s happening on the weekends in terms of parties/gatherings + then operate from there. If you want x lifestyle, go to x place where that lifestyle is happening. These volleyball girls will link up with either other sporty guys or cool guys at parties etc.…

After lifting/getting in great physical shape, I’d say join a sports team as that’s instant status which is important in the college scene. Moreover , for these volleyball chicks, start by talking to everyone and getting to know a lot of people around campus. Then, you can casually strike up conversations at day or night, do this 1-3 times then if you notice IOI’s/good chemistry take the risk, ask for a number not a date (they will realise the intention) then text them to setup a date, time and …

It’s widely recognised that western culture takes top place in terms of degeneracy etc.. But my question is if this is universal/global in its scale or if there are still significant regions/countries who respect the nuclear family and marriage? Also, in terms of the ‘wall’, for men in the age bracket seeing this happening to women colleagues/friends, how real is it? Do women actually decline that fast/to a great degree + get jaded or baby crazies ? Thank you for any answers!

As you get older, you feel a sense of dread as your future is shrinking and you still haven’t achieved much. BUT, what’s good for you is you’re 19 and STILL have a future! Introverts can learn extroversion to an extent. Insecurities can be tackled, maybe it’s a hormonal thing too, get you’re Testosterone levels checked, look up Illimitableman and his article on it. Thirdly show some gratitude. You’re young and you’re doing engineering, clearly a high IQ, capable guy. Fourthly, life is suffering …

Couple of places I’d recommend, first one is a gym, if you go to one frequently enough you will become a familiar face and should be able to make some friends there with time from chatting/spotting/holding doors etc.... Other places could be masculine hobbies, any form of martial arts etc... join clubs and again if you go long enough you will make friends Final places I would recommend is bars, I know I’ve met some interesting and sound individuals out and about who I’ve kept contact with. Apart…

You're young, you don't need the money, safest option is an asset which will retain its value/compound over time. Try some rare/exclusive clothing brands, games, watches etc.... keep in good condition. Not a hard investment, but in it for long game to get decent ROI. Brands: Supreme, yeezys, etc... Anything that is limited, high demand and can be re sold easily games : Collectables, originals, game cards etc... guitars: Old Gibsons etc... keep them in good condition/put away Motorcycles: Old Har…

You're stature means that yes you can be mellow but it may play off as insecurity, not always but a lot. I would attempt an easier conversion and translate the goofiness into witty aloofness. Goofy suggests you're entertaining others, amused mastery is when you let others entertain you.

Ahahaha verbal abuse is fine, try having my situation. Much worse when they actively try to ruin you. My grandmother lives with my family and told one of the plates I had over I had a different girl 2 weeks ago at the house (I'm 17 so can't do much about it)

Background: 17, only recently hit my stride, 80KG 5'12 been working out for around 11 months. In a high status social group at my school. Starting to notice IOI's from girls in lower years, and talking to them etc... Problem: I have no issue talking to girls, flirting or pulling, but I'm still a virgin. I have had girls around to my place when my parents are out, but since I'm a virgin i have a lot of anxiety about escalating to sex as I have no experience. But have no issue doing everything els…

Hormone optimisation and regular blood work is more important than anything. If you feel like shit, you don't do shit. If you feel amazing, it's not hard to be motivated/act.

In a school/college situation, is it worth shagging girls who are lower status not in terms of appearance, but social group? Or is the cost to reputation/appearance too great

Abundance mentality, why fixated on one girl, just NEXT. If she comes back she comes back, if she doesn't she doesn't

Risk? Know one thing, the pain of regret is much greater than the pain of failure, if you truly feel this away about your job, begin sewing the seeds of change. That career you want, can you work on it in your free time whilst maintaining your job? Then wait until it makes more money than your job then transition When you're young you should choose a job which offers the greatest possibility for learning and skill acquisition. You should experiment and value learning over money. Plus if you're s…

17 here, been in a relationship for 2 years - I know we were the first everything for each other. Now, I don't know whether to keep it or not - because part of me says I need to build experience with other girls, but another part is saying she is the mythological 'unicorn', since I am the first and only guy she's been with. I know this sounds beta, but I'm torn because if I leave I know it's highly unlikely I'll find a girl who I'm their first again, and the last two years have been great

Opinion on hot/pretty girls with significantly uglier friends. E.g HB9 whose girl group is HB5/6? Can't tell whether this a red flag, they're just a late blossomer or what? Just saying this because hot girls usually hang around with other hot girls, perfectly illustrated in high school etc...

Kinda Rant but fuck whiney people The negative mindsets present here, ever heard of a self fulfilling prophecy? Yeah life isn't fair, some people have it easier, some have it way harder. But what is a belief that you will never amount to shit with women, wealth, health or life going to do for you? No wonder it's a crime to be relaxed and happy these days when every loser is depressed and wallowing in THEIR OWN shit. It's impossible to fail when you compress all your time, energy and focus on a s…

Some of the comments here are so arrogant, no real threat of violence? - What if things go tits up and you have to move to a rough area/homeless? - Caught in a riot in a city - Go abroad and get caught in a dodgy situation - Natural disasters = inspire chaos at time - What if your friends/family/kids get involved with some bad people? The point is 99% of the time there could be no fucking violence, but that 1% of the time could be fatal, and are you willing to risk that? Also read in between the…

Dance Been dancing since I was 13 years old, specifically street dance, 3 hours a week almost religiously since I first started. Hated it at first, but as I improved I learned to love it. Do competitions, YouTube tutorials etc... now To get to the point though, I kept it a secret for a long time from my friendship group/school. My older brother use to call me gay for it and It got to me in the earlier days. Don't get me wrong I moved a little at house parties etc... but people don't usually prop…

Phenomenal books, but you need to reiterate how important it is to APPLY the lessons learnt in the books. Make notes/highlight the key points, and implement them into your daily life. Similar to TRP, you can know all the theory you want, but if you don't go out and game, you'll never fulfil your potential. And to reference one of my favourite quotes "What a man can be, he must be" Kurt Goldstein

Mindset is huge, just the angle and perspective you view everything at. For example, when I was shredding for summer trying to get into that single digit bf, I used to view it as 'This is shit, I can't eat that pizza, those crisps' etc.. However I shifted my mindset to see what I would gain from shredding, not what I was missing out on. I told myself how good I would look, how great I would feel etc.. and that motivated me. And this applies to literally everything in life

There are some good posts on the sides bar which extensively cover the topic. However I would just start by sitting down in a room/quiet location, and staring into space/a fixated spot, allowing your mind to be still. If any though do arise just imagine them passing through, until you return to your original state of stillness. It can also help to breathe deeply and control your breath through your body + I also read somewhere, that visualising yourself in a pure white room can help. As for dura…

Yeah yeah bro I understand your perspective, life's good, why would you risk ruining it? I don't conform to the whole burn the boat methodology, I'm more of a transitional guy myself. Obviously I don't know the full extent of your circumstances/situations, but you could start a side hustle etc... don't have to straight up quit your job. Also about finding mentors, a good way to go about this is attending events/functions where you know high up people will be. The most influential person in my li…

To summarise how to achieve critical thinking/understanding • Reading improves writing • Writing improves thinking • Thinking improves understanding • Understanding increases power • Power lets you enforce your will

You say you 'have it all' but comfort/this attitude is only going to act as a constraint on you, as the 'fire' inside of you dims so to speak. If you want more, go get more. You say you have a "great job", have you ever explored entrepreneurship/starting your own business in your field? The potential for ££ is limitless if you go about it right You have a large social circle, but is it a quality social circle? Sure you have boys you can go out with etc... but do you have relationships with older…

The need for validation usually stems from low self-esteem, a perceived lack of value. To rectify this you need to become more confident, self assured. This can only come about with time by adding value to your life, improving physically (more muscle/less fat), achievements in school/work/hobbies, and lastly meditation - control of your thoughts is a big thing, learn to allow your mind to be clear and free of thoughts, because then you won't be thinking about what others think; you'll be complet…
