Otherwise, it just sounds like she keeping you as a backup for one reason or another. I had a girl flake a number of times once, five if I recall correctly, but each time she suggested a new time and place. Life really just got in the way those other times. If their reason for flaking is true and they actually wanted to go out they will suggest another time/place on their own. If they don't then there no need to waste my time.
