Are you me? I'm in my late 30s and have never asked out a stranger for these exact reasons.

That's disappointing. I enjoyed their marathons, but this makes me think twice about who I'm supporting.

It's because some women are always subconsciously comparing themselves to the other women and using it to size up the man and see where he fits in the hierarchy. If she's an 8 and he's a 6, he gets bumped up to a 7, and now he's on their radar. If you ever find a women that ISN'T like this, she's marriage material.

Given his personallity, I think that would bite him in the ass. They'll be relentless to learn more about this girl with the dog that he's spending his weekends with, and withholding any of that information will put him in a deeper hole. Keep it vague, and throw them off the scent with shit they have no interest in.

I'm the same way. I can usually deflect by being purposely vague. I'll say I indulged in my hobbies, rather than I played PS4 and made shit out of wood all weekend. That seems to placate them because the conversation predictably shifts to "You need a girlfriend so you can get out more", and I respond with "I'm perfectly content with how things are now" But what others have said is correct. They're sizing you up. They're trying to figure out how they can use you, whether its financially, or they …

This all sounds like a good reason to blow my brains out NOW before I can accumulate the regret.

This is the dilemma I'm having now. If I'm carefree, and therefore care about nothing, then what point is there to living at all? I don't particularly enjoy my job, and I'll never have the lifestyle I crave, so while it's relatively carefree, it's all pointless without some sort of end game.

Are... are you in Calgary? I could swear, I saw this exact same profile. I was gone at #3 but it just gets so much worse.

overlooking the many benefits that accrue from having a spouse -- from more money and a better sex life to significantly better physical and mental health. Ok, now show me the study that indicates that divorced men retain those benefits, or hell, break even with single guys by the end of it.

Get a visectomy and get your rocks off for months, all the while promising that child. Eventually, she'll cheat on you when you're not giving her what she wants. She'll get pregnant, claim it's yours, and you have proof to throw her out on her ass. Once a cheater, always a cheater. Have some self-respect and put yourself first.

Diabetes? T2 can cause neuropathy, and loss of sensation.

I'm in the same boat. I just live in a country that makes it very difficult to get a gun. Probably for the best, because I'd probably go postal and rack up a kill count before blowing my own brains out.

Female urinals exist. They're weird.

It's like people enjoy being slaves to society so much so that no one even questions the way things are and they look at me like I'm crazy for thinking outside the box and living life differently. I know EXACTLY how you feel. Daily life is torturous.

I was in the exact same situation, except she was still f*cking the ex-fiance while we were dating, until he found out and chucked her out. Then she tried to claim common-law divorce and take his stuff. He lost his shit on her, she told him it was all my idea to get his money, and then he had a PI follow me 24/7 for 4 months. The only reason I know all of this is that she eventually ran off with my best friend, and I ran into the ex-fiance at a pub and we had a beer and shared each other's side …

Many of these reminds me of one of my exgirlfriends, and I'm honestly TERRIFIED of getting married one day and finding out she's a psycho.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
