And if we are at the topic how long are you usually down when you get rejected and what do you do against it? How long you are down depends entirely on how much thought, time, money, etc. you put into a single girl. That's the best approach. I chose a little less healthy options - I've read about nootropics and antridepressant, and ordered what suits me. I've got rid of social anxiety almost completely, depression is still here, but it's getting weaker every day. I'm currently taking: Venlafaxine (Effexor), Bupropion (Wellbutrin), Phenibut, Aniracetam and Nicotine patches. This combination makes me very active, talkative and confident. I think one of the best places to go is some trendy cafe or a coffee shop, but nothing overly fancy.
