1	HAPPY 2012, SEDDIT!! Let's hear some of your pickup 2012 resolutions! Any suggestions for lifting routines? I don't want to run the Rippetoe but I don't mind continuing from where I left off. You're only done when you can no longer follow the linear progression. Otherwise you won't be strong enough to get the most out of the other programs. If you must, there's also Wendler's 531, Smolov, Westside Barbell's Conjugate method by Louie Simmons, and a whole bunch of other programs.
