I disagree. If we have fundamentally different feelings about something as foundational as that, we are not well suited and neither of us is missing out. I’m not interested in “getting commitment” from anyone. If we agree that we both want to commit, we do. If anyone has to be convinced or feels that they are doing the other a favor, it’s a bad idea and shouldn’t occur.

There are many many women, I am one, who choose not to have sex with men outside of committed monogamous relationships. We also choose to only enter those relationships with men that we really like, not those that we don’t. There is nothing that would make me agree to have sex in a casual dating situation and any implication by a man that I would lose the opportunity to continue dating that man because of that would be the immediate end of that dating situation. Stop listening to manosphere idio…

Meh, if you approached politely and then politely excused yourself immediately when she wasn’t interested in responding, it seems unlikely that security would kick you out…if that’s actually what happened then it was wrong of them. Seems like that’s probably not the full story though…

It’s no fair that I have to keep working out to stay in shape. I should be able to stay in shape for life without exercising 😭 It’s not fair that I have to keep mowing the lawn every week ! I already mowed it once 😭 It’s not fair that I have to keep doing laundry, why doesn’t it just stay clean forever 😭 It’s not fair that I have to keep going to work! Yes annoyed by a stranger interrupting my day because that stranger wants something from me when I have given them zero reason to think I’m at all interested. I also get annoyed at phone calls about extended warranty’s and people trying to ask about my relationship with their deity. What is that surprising?

So you think.00224% of the population is committing gender based and sexual violence against almost 1/6 of the population? I think the point is that when men feel that raping and harassing women is acceptable, it becomes commonplace. I’d bet the vast majority of the perpetrators would have been deeply offended if someone had said that they were rapists but suddenly the stigma is gone and look what happened. Men are so quick to say that men who would commit violence against women are a tiny minority but that really seems not to be the case. People who do that to strangers don’t care if they are making you uncomfortable (they may even be trying to do so). It’s 100% a test. Women who put up with it or actually answer the questions are generally going to be easier to manipulate and potentially easier to get sexual access to. It’s seen an indicator of a lower ability to enforce personal boundaries, higher insecurity / need to comply and please, and more likely to be sexually available with less effort. Women who shut it down weren’t go…

Sure, it’s largely because they have the unrealistic expectation (because they are taught to by other angry men who feel that they should have unrestricted sexual access to women and girls) that the women and girls they want should make themselves easily and unconditionally sexually available to them. And most women net/net don’t prefer younger men 🤷‍♀️. Sex itself (in isolation and when other compatibility characteristics aren’t present ) isn’t everything or the most important thing in having a satisfying relationship.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/03/26 12:05 AM

So go for it! Pretty please, like right now. ALL conservative men should ruthlessly avoid non-conservative women. Definitely. 100%. Do it. Do it now, no exceptions no excuses. How can we help make this dream come true?

The only people arguing that politics shouldn’t matter in this day and age are unsuccessful trumper men who are big mad that women haven’t been subjugated yet and still maintain the right to have political views. They are holding onto to hope that their problems really are the fault of women, immigrants and various “others” and their big orange daddy is going to rig the game so that they can feel superior without actually having to be.

As an older woman, absolutely we sexually prefer younger men. If sex was the only factor.🤷‍♀️. Unfortunately they tend to do unattractive things like speak, express opinions, want to be seen as actual people etc that make the juice not worth the squeeze. Are you incapable of making social conversation without jumping to hitting on women before you know anything about them? The idea behind social events is …to be social…that means chatting with all kinds of people. Men, women, old young, people you find attractive and people you don’t. Do you see that using the way men treat other men as the default “right” way for people to be treated IS patriarchal and sexist in and of itself? It’s right there in front of you…
/r/PurplePillDebate20/03/26 10:31 AM

People can and do express sincere empathy for those who feel lonely and unwanted. That doesn’t mean that those people have to agree with the reasons that those people think that they are lonely and unwanted or agree with what those people think should be done about their feelings of loneliness and unwantedness. Expecting people to wholeheartedly buy into your whole narrative in order to empathize with those feelings is not asking for empathy, it’s asking for validation and agreement.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/03/26 01:23 AM

So people should have empathy for men feeling lonely but not for women feeling threatened?
/r/PurplePillDebate20/03/26 01:15 AM

And again, how is access to healthcare equivalent to men’s sexual access to women’s bodies? OMG, are you suggesting that everyone should be taxed to pay sex workers to provide sexual access to men who can’t afford to pay those sex workers directly? Is that it? Women (generalization coming) work much harder than men to maintain and invest in friendships and familial ties. It makes sense that those friendships and ties would be stronger and buffer feelings of isolation and loneliness. Men could do the same, many just choose not to.

What slavery? Who’s talking about slavery? The topic is men wanting women to be distributed/ MADE available to them sexually so that those men are not “disadvantaged”. You tried to equate those men to poor people not having access to healthcare and the brought up slavery and rape. Are you saying that men NOT having distributed sexual access to women is enslaving those men and that that lack of facilitated access is the same as men raping those women?

Sexual access to women’s bodies is not equivalent to access to healthcare. Frankly, how dare you imply that it is?

I’m confused. Is your argument that we women should choose to be with men we aren’t attracted to because if we don’t, those men are going to get attractive and then become dating royalty and boy-o-boy won’t we be sorry then? So our choice is to date unattractive men or be unable to date attractive men? Society doesn’t sell homes. Society doesn’t dispense sex. People who have the qualifications to purchase homes from other people are able to do so. People who do not meet those qualifications cannot. If they aspire to have women find them sexually and romantically desirable and women *don’t” find them desirable, they are undesirable in the only way that matters to them. Let’s assume that everything you said is absolutely true (it’s not), why get so angry at women for your own lack of desirability? Would you prefer that any woman who has ever laid eyes on a more initially attractive man just ignore you entirely? The world isn’t “denying” them sex. The simple fact is that they have not been able to find a woman who wants to have sex WITH them. Sex is not some stand alone commodity that is being wrongly and unfairly withheld. It’s an incredibly intimate activity that requires both people to want to choose the other and to feel that doing so will be a positive experience for them. Being “denied” implies that one is entitled to something and when that something requires the intimate access to another person…

Men 100% choose whether or not to deposit their sperm inside a woman. They can 100% choose to have sex without doing that and completely prevent the possibility of a child. That is where they get to have sex and choose not to create a child. It’s not even difficult🤷‍♀️

If the man deposits the sperm (active and entirely within his ultimate control) and the woman receives the sperm (passive snd entirely out of her ultimate control), and we ignore stealthing, lies about vasectomies, pull out promises etc., they are BOTH participating in an activity that can predictably result in a child. No failure of women’s birth control can cause a pregnancy if there’s no sperm present. No sperm 100% equals no possibility of a child. No exceptions. Diaphragms are approximately 84% effective when used with spermicide. That means that they are not effective ~16% of the time even when used with spermicide. Plan B wreaks havoc on a woman’s hormones and is not 100% effective. Men policing their sperm has zero side effects and is 100% effective. I’m absolutely sure that if men were the ones saddled…

Literally nobody can force a man to be a parent. There are no government mandates that say a biological father ever has to lay eyes on his child. Once he ejaculates, his in person obligation is gone forever. His sperm is entirely under his control and is where his physical control and physical responsibility ends. I think in general the answer is going to depend on exactly what is being taught and to whom… Teaching all young people about respect, effective communication, peaceful conflict resolution, honesty and integrity, accountability etc. is a positive thing. Surely that’s better than ending up in a relationship where both parties end up resentful and miserable. Not sure why anyone would be mad about that 🤷‍♀️.

Sex has little to nothing to do with whether a man is being “used” or not. Lack of sex can and does occur for MANY different reasons in relationships, the vast majority of which have zero to do with “using” men.

Gonna go out on a limb and guess that for the VAST majority, they expected therapists to tell them the 3 step secret cheat code to get effortless nsa sex with hot 19 year old virgins…when that didn’t happen they decided it was worthless…and chose to give their money to RP grifters instead who at least pretend to have the non-existent code. When that doesn’t work they sink into just hating women for not wanting them…

Okay, how about this: there are multiple restaurants in town that sell xyz entree. A person can absolutely choose to not go to any of those restaurants and have xyz entree at all if it gives them heartburn every time and they decide it’s not worth eating. There are obviously other ways to satisfy their hunger that *don’t” give them heartburn… That’s a perfectly valid choice, just like choosing not to enter into romantic relationships with men is a choice. Relationships aren’t mandatory. Life isn…

They can’t accept that not being in a relationship is far better than being in a relationship that is a net negative. I think it’s directly correlated to their belief that any sex is better than no sex (🤢🤢🤢).

Women who have lots of options are choosing to remain single. We /they are actively choosing not to engage with men who don’t provide a net positive impact. That’s not settling. Settling would be choosing one of those options that’s a net negative.

I know a lot of you guys scoff at the idea of therapy but if that’s your history, it might really help to have some professional help to unpack it and understand how it impacts your day to day functioning and feelings. You may be sabotaging yourself and preventing potential happiness because of things that aren’t your fault that are influencing your emotional responses to otherwise healthy relationships.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/03/26 01:08 AM

Good luck. With that attitude you’re going to need it. No woman will ever feel enduring desire for a man who hates women.

And sh’d be texting you back right away, not fucking anyone else and essentially sharing her salary with you🤷‍♀️. If you expect her sexual efforts to match early days, why shouldn’t your romantic efforts match early days to show her that you’re not just using her for sex and validation?

You do realize that more women than ever are choosing to be single? That’s literally the choice that most women make about most men, is being with him better than not being with him?

And do you believe that they genuinely desire sex with those men? Men who are disrespectful or mean? Or maybe are they submitting to the “sex tax” because they are afraid of being alone? Just maybe they are so desperate to feel wanted that they are ignoring their own feelings and going along with it. Seriously, sit with that a minute. Think about the women in your life that you actually care about (mom? Sister? Daughters?). Do you honestly think that they would want that?

Because you have no actual experience with women, I’m going to assume that this attitude is based in innocent ignorance as opposed to actual idiocy… Do you not understand that women’s level of sexual desire is directly correlated to the health of the relationship and her overall stress level? You may be able to live in anger and rage and still be horny but women’s sexuality doesn’t really work that way.

No, sex is usually the sign that it is a healthy relationship where both parties feel appreciated and respected. You guys seem to not understand that women don’t feel sexual desire for men who disrespect them, fail to appreciate their contributions, lie to them, use them for household labor / childcare, are unkind, treats sex like an obligation, etc. Men may still want to fuck under those circumstances but women? I think you’re confusing self confidence with abusive arrogance (which is also what happens when insecure people try to role play what they think confidence looks like). True confidence is knowing who you are and being comfortable in your own skin. Faking confidence often manifests as trying loudly to convince everyone else that you are better than them. Pretty important difference.

Oh honey, bless your heart. 90% of the posts here are men complaining that they can’t get attention from women. The manosphere was created and is entirely perpetuated by men who are lonely and the men who exploit them. Why is it so hard for some men to believe that women sincerely prefer being single to being in a relationship that doesn’t meet her needs? Why can’t you understand that if our lives are better with a specific man than without him, we will happily by with him. If not? We prefer not…

Nothing kills attraction into a slimy puddle of icked out contempt faster than an unpleasant personality. The thing is that nothing is a prize if nobody wants to compete for it🤷‍♀️. Young “peak fertility” women aren’t competing for the VAST majority of 30-50 year old men. In fact, even putting fertility aside, most women aren’t competing for most 30-50 year old men. In general most of those men might at best be considered a sad consolation prize to most similarly aged women. Not to say that men don’t have value as human beings, but the idea that desirable young women (or any women really) are yearni…

Is women choosing to date and marry men, who are their equal, some new “feminist” thing? Seriously? Why would anyone, who aspires to a fulfilling relationship, want to marry someone they see as below themselves socially, physically, and financially? Why (other than the subset of men who actively prefer to financially dominate women in the name of “submission🙄)? How is it that you consider that to be a radical feminist idea that disproportionately advantages women? How is it a slight against men …
/r/PurplePillDebate07/03/26 05:42 PM

One of the central tenets of most organized religions is the concept of suffering in this life being temporary and tolerable because it will be rewarded in the afterlife. That tends to be comforting to those who disproportionally suffer hardship and injustice.

If a man can only feel big when the woman he’s with pretends to be smaller, he’s not worth the trouble. Requiring “submission” is the refuge of the weak, insecure, incompetent man. Strong, secure men aren’t threatened by their partners strength and competence. They understand, respect, and appreciate it and enjoy the inherent force multiplier of moving through life, side by side, with their equal.

Here’s the flaw in your arguments below, women aren’t asking how to change in order to “be likable” to men. Women are confused about why men bother to pursue women and spend so much time and energy complaining that women (who they feel should be) aren’t attracted to them, when those same men loudly and clearly dislike and resent women as a whole. It’s not about how to change those men’s minds so that they “like” the women that they relentlessly desire/despise. It’s about how weird it is that the…
