Tell something a little vulnerable about yourself Wait until she tells you something equally vulnerable Repeat step 1 with something a little more vulnerable

nah the men want to get closer to the EU, too. If they didn't, this entire war would've been like 2014. Russia takes crimea, most people there sympathise with russia, there's little ressistance. Putin could have never imagined that pushback

You broke up with someone. You probably had a good time and planned your future with her, and now that she's lost, you also lost that future. Rationalising your suffering or loss is not going to help you. If you try to that, you'll also lose the positive things in live.

You are very much coping about women. If you didn't want women, you wouldn't be writing this. Procreation is the first thing we were made to do, naturally your body has many ways to punish and motivate you. You say that your life is ok, but it's clearly not. If it were, you wouldn't be rumanating and coping so much. If you think that everything you do is work, of course your life will consist of nothing but suffering

I'm sure the books 12 rules for life and "Beyond Order" are going to help you out.

Dude, it doesn't look like you're in a position to rely on wisdom from redditors. Seek help from a psychotherapist, psychiatrist or doctor.

I'm in therapy for depression and it's just a weird dynamic. I'm there because i have a problem i need fixing, i see the therapist as a doctor with specialisation. But therapists are usually content with just talking about your day. When i started therapy i really thought they could just go in there and remove the depression that was holding me back. But that's not at all how it works. Most psychologists have no idea how to do that. Most of my progress came from exercising and finding a job, not…

I can agree 100%. In high school, I was a bit of a retard. I would talk to girls about my goals, my past experiences (and failures) with other girls and all that. They will treat you like there is something wrong with you. After high school, someone told me how they gossiped about me. Not only did that teach me not to make friends with women, it taught me not to talk about everything.

I don't fit into any of these categories. I think there must be a category for people who like to read books and are very high in openness. My research on how to be get good with women as a man like me is still ongoing.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
