You're checking off all the MRP boxes. Great lifts, check, income, books read, etc. throwing around D/S, threesomes, etc. Part of me feels you are writing to impress the senior MRP gods I guess that means I'm doing well, so thank you. Re: the "genuine desire" - watch Rian Stone's video "doesn't matter, had sex." Once you get to that mindset, I think a lot of these other thoughts will fade. I'll get to watching it, thanks for the recommendation.

OYS 3 - 29, 5'10, 210lbs ~12% BF, Bench 315, Squat 405x3, Deadlift 495x5, lifting 15yrs | Income ~$150k/yr. Married 6 years. 1 child, 6 yrs old. Background Wife has started noticing changes in me and has been enjoying them. She knows I'm working on myself and we've discussed being more traditional and D/s, possibly moving to 24/7 D/s. Last week, the wife told me she's never been so in love with me as she is now. About 6 weeks ago I went from lovemaking to f*cking in the bedroom, and we've never …

Am I the only one here with a "3 state rule"? No family members within 3 states of where we live. That way no one can surprise visit or expect us to visit them. Also, how is she "disowned" yet still required to be there? These asshats need to pick one.

I also really haven't made any effort to please her sexually. When we first started having sex it was good and passionate but fizzled quickly. I find giving head gross, when we first stated dating I did it once because she asked me to and never did again. I have never fingered her and hardly even rubbed her p*ssy or touched it. I don't do foreplay and always thought she cam/orgasmed through penetration. Because there was no foreplay or kissing I think the sex was awkward and we stopped doing i…

You’re DEERing. Fighter points out that you are being needy in your interactions with your SO. You're right. I was about to explain why it wasn't about validation, but then my response read like I was seeking validation... So you're right x2. I need to do better at recognizing and correcting this.

“Just a handjob…as I’d mentioned a few times that day.” That’s not giving her your authentic desire. It didn't really go down the way you think it did; it's hard to explain how I went about it, but it wasn't as cold/dry as my comment makes it sound.

The better response you might get to this? Her: "OK, daddy." You: "good girl." I recently started getting into the D/s stuff with her. She wasn't into it... at first. Her at first: "I don't like the degrading stuff." "I don't like the 'Daddy' thing. It's weird." Her a month later: *begging*: "please c*m for me daddy". Strange how that works. Anyways, solid observations and I will do this in the future; thank you.

OYS 2 - 29 y/o, 5'10, 210lbs 12% BF | BP 315x1, SQ 405x3, DL 495x5. Background: Married 6 years, 1 child. Making 6 figures currently, worked some overtime to throw some more money at debt. Will graduate with my B.S in 1-3 months with a 3.2 GPA. Sex Life: Slept with wife 4x last week. Great sex, pushed a few boundaries, had fun. I've been more dominant and in control of the relationship and bedroom - wife said she's never felt more in love than she does now. Mild dread games, but most dread conce…

Did some reading on Doggcrapp and I’m going to incorporate some of these concepts (rest-pause for last working set + extreme stretching). Respectfully, this isn't how DC training works. If you're running Rest-Pause, that is your ONE working set. Don't make it your finisher, use it as your working set. Conjugate is a powerlifting style, DC is a bodybuilding style. If you aren't trying to be a powerlifter, maybe ignore conjugate. Or you could periodize between the two if you wanted... run 3 months…

When do you sleep? When do you have fun? I get 4-6 hours sleep most nights. Not great, not ideal, and not lasting much longer. The 10 h commute seem like it could be optimised Not without either buying another house in this market or cutting my income down by 30%+. This commute also won't be around for much longer; planning to move states but degree needs to be finished first. Hoping to latch onto an offer that includes relocation to help out - otherwise that will be delayed a bit longer.

Let me rephrase then thanks I see lifting and sex, and that there are some things you want to improve. Not a man with a mission doing interesting things, attracting the world. Fair observation. I don't have a whole lot of time outside of work, school, family and lifting to really do interesting things. I'm finishing up my bachelors in about 4 months, at which point I will have more time to spend chasing my mission. 40 hours + 5-10hrs overtime weekly = 45hrs 2 hours daily commute x 5-7 days = 10h…

TRT, I started a year ago after checking my levels. 329 TT 7.2 FT. I was very close to these stats before TRT and all my lifts (above) are natty PRs.

I would like to get my wife to challenge me a little less. Improvement is already happening here, we've only been doing this for about 2 months. I would like her to keep a cleaner house, cook more dinners and take care of herself better. She's a SAHM and I make more than enough for that to be a comfortable lifestyle, I just need a bit more out of her. Not sure how you're here if you don't know what frame is tbh. Read Rational Male/Rollo Tomassi.

Favorite hypertrophy program(s)? This is very dependent on the individual. Beginner/coming back from a layoff? Phraks Greyskull LP until progress is no longer linear. Intermediate? 5/3/1 for big 4 with hypertrophy-focused assistance work OR DoggCrapp. Goal Dependent. Advanced? Any Failure-based template. I like DoggCrapp for Rest-Pause but it gets really difficult to manage for the leg-work for me. I have recently taken to Jordan Peters stuff via Trained by JP, and many folks who are as big (or …

I’m guessing you are more hypertrophy-oriented, correct? What program do you use? 12% at 210 / 5’10” is a lot of muscle mass. Yes. I did powerbuilding for a while (hence the decent lifts) but couldn't recover from both concurrently. I chose looks over chasing numbers that no one really cares about. I suspect your biggest challenge will be pushing through “good enough”…you’re in good shape, presumably relatively early in the marriage, no kids mentioned (to affect dynamics), and no major problem…

Newbie here, first post so apologies if I mess up the format. OYS 1. 29 5'10, 210lbs 12%BF | BP 315 SQ 405x3 DL 495x5 | income: $150k yearly Background I discovered redpill about 2 months ago and started getting into it a lot more in the last month or so. Wandered into Rollo Tomassi's stuff a bit too soon, got angry and had to work through wanting to torch a marriage (not really). Not the best place to start, apparently. The Good Bought NMMNG yesterday and have been reading through the sidebar. …
