When you live a certain lifestyle, caring what a woman thinks is the least of your concern. Go to prison, risk threat of death, do drugs, see some crazy stuff, and women are no longer scary to you, you have other things to worry about. You suddenly become attractive. You can be attractive to women without being a bad boy.

Same boat. I think this is just reality for men in their 30s. Most people in their 30s are married or in long term relationships. There aren't a lot of pickings for us. We either go younger or wait until our 40s when women start getting divorced.

Two options. 1: she likes you 2: she's an attention whore

My full intent was to not date until I was completely healed from divorce. My friends pressured me into doing the opposite. I mostly wanted to hook up, but having been married for so long, it took a while to learn how to go about arranging that. Yeah, I know myself and I know there's no way I'm waiting a year. I think that's a blanket timeline therapists and psychologists give to their patients.

I'm going thru a divorce right now, and I'm having trouble keeping the women away. Married women, women with boyfriends, some single women. They keep coming after me, and I keep pushing away. Don't get it. I'm just trying to get thru this divorce with clean hands and want to stay single for a while afterwards to heal.

Seems like a lot of women, I'm sure men to, but especially women, never take responsibility for their own actions in a marriage. They blame everything on the man.

My stbx won't even admit to having an affair. It's obvious, but her family believes her, so she has a support system to keep her doing the wrong thing. Wish she was more like your ex.

I'm doing the same thing. My divorce isn't finalized yet, but I understand your thinking.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
