I definitely relate to this a lot and have the same experience. I don't think it has anything to do with anything inherently different about the languages themselves but with the feelings and thought patterns you associate with the language. If you were always the shy guy in your native language you might perceive yourself differently when you're in a different context. After all, everything you say, or think of saying, unless it's a canned line, comes from your subconscious mind, from subconsci…

I've heard it said that you try to be confident/dominant and then lead the interaction to screen for compliance so you can screen for "value girls" and "comfort girls". Meaning the value girls are after social value, don't need much comfort and are easier, I.e. less time investment. Polarizing in a way. Sounded to me like you focus on a pretty particular type with that approach.

Learn to properly approach from someone Where to find that someone and what would you describe as proper, as opposed to bullshit? What does that look like?

Well i seem to be attractive to some women but on the whole I'm pretty average. I don't know. I have a distinct face, some dig it, most don't I guess. So how can i feign disinterest if I'm also trying to show intent. How does that look like? And when should i not smile?

Yeah, that's why I'm here though. Because the ones that offer themselves up don't come often enough (or I'm not into most of them). I want to play it less safe but I'm always looking for more concrete examples of the actual process of creating the sexual chemistry when it's not already there. Because often I find myself stuck in a non-sexual conversation with a girl who might be interested and it's fun but after a bit of light kino I'm out of ideas on how to escalate and everything i can think o…

I would just need some really good chemistry and IOIs to pull that off. And that rarely happens. It always sounds that easy when i imagine scenarios (and I guess it really is) but in real life there is so much uncertainty. Most of my successes have been with girls who gave me really obvious IOIs. The last one straight up told me she thought i was cute. I have no problem escalating physically or verbally when i can tell it's going to work. But I suck at creating that vibe when it's ambiguous. I'm …

Like Tommy Wiseau? "We have a new client at the bank... Anyway, how is your sex life?" Seriously do you have any examples of how to go from small talk to sex talk?

The problem was that I was kind of a weirdo until I was like 20 and I missed out on developing any sort of game. You sound a lot like me. From the (approximate) age to the insecurities right down to the guitar and engineering degree. Only I'm pretty sure that deep down I'm still kind of a weirdo. Once I figure out how to stop being a pussy I'll let you know.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
