Not really. The way I see it, OP's objective with the post is to initially dismiss the blackpill as we've seen done countless times here. I guess what's supposed to make this post different is that he's embracing parts of it that might hold merit. Every short guy knows that they could be rejected simply for being short. But also you could be rejected for multitude of things within your control. This blackpill look of "oh if you aren't X height it's over" is fucking stupid. If the point is to hig…

"if you're not atleast 5'9" is was over before it began"? Sounds like something a blackpill incel on a looksmaxx forum would say. Personally I can't speak for people who might be around 5'0-5'2 but really? I know so many guys who are around 5'5"-5'7" with absolutely beautiful girlfriends. One of my best friend's is around 5'6" and I can't remember the last time that man was single. Do some women have preferences? Absolutely. But this idea that people have to fit into some sort of stat sheet to a…

IMO, using a hypothetical such as that doesn't really prove your point. It's actually hard to imagine people going after you for not mentioning your salary or your family. But I think we can both agree that the "introduction" points are there to add some validity to your post. So it cannot be difficult to understand that people would find photos of your physique to add more validity than a write up that would be a lot easier to get creative with. I would argue that not being able to provide proo…

Wouldn't your own logic make your post counterintuitive? If we are to focus on ourselves on not others, why are you telling us about your wife or your plates, your kids, your salary etc? Because you want to validate what you're about to say in your post. Otherwise why would anyone care? It would be no different from the usual "hey guys I lift real heavy, and I spin tons of plates" essays that get posted here.

You're using the gym as an analogy, using a very inaccurate stereotype, then getting extremely defensive on how the post is recieved. Instead of taking an input at all, you decided to argue with everyone and call everyone that disagrees, butthurt betas who simply don't understand. Bit ironic really. You are guy #1 in your post. All that was asked is to show some proof that you're not just talking big and you've failed to deliver anything but preachy comments.

I see this sentiment a lot both on asktrp and the main sub, that TRP is past its peak and it's basically dead now. So I assume you're one of the people who's been around since the peak. Any posts you'd recommend that aren't in the sidebar or Top of All Time?

They are unsafe, don't do SARMs. If his test is actually low he should talk to a doctor, not some dude on the internet who gives out stupid advice. To add to that, creatine doesn't do nearly as much as people think and it helps retain water weight to give your muscles a more "full" look and will help squeeze out a rep or two in some cases. But large percentage of people are creatine non-reponders. Don't fuck up your health just for some pussy. You can see if your low test will can get you some p…

I've wanted to add more good habits to my life. I guess I need to get past the first bit of time where it's uncomfortable. Like when you might have to force yourself to goto the gym when you start but now it's just part of you. I'll definitely give the book a read man. Thanks for the recommendation. Seems like a solid point to start incorporating meditation.

What I've found is that personally, lifting 3 times a week to me feels perfect. But it probably depends on the person and what routine is being followed. I've picked up GZCLP over the last few months, and I've completely enjoyed it. I'm not really one to get into a lot of TV shows but I still end up wasting that time binging YouTube even when I don't want to. I'll start doing something feel stressed out and I'll distract myself on purpose watching YT just to feel okay. Doesn't help much though. …

Thanks for the advice! I definitely need to clean my room and focus more on using my time effectively. you need to do less See I feel like part of the way I feel comes from the fact that I barely get anything done. I haven't studied. I haven't cleaned my room. I haven't done anything worthwhile besides lifting. And as I mentioned it adds on to the stress. I do completey agree on porn and other streaming content though. I've been trying to avoid porn as much as possible. Gotta stop watching so mu…

I don't think anyone on this sub is going to attack you for being a virgin or never having touched a woman. If anything what you should take from this sub is that this blackpill-esque idea you have of things is inaccurate and is probably hurting your chances already. And it's easy to feel confused, frustrated and angry about it. But you're clearly in a very negative mental state. With women or not. Also please don't call any woman a "female" in real life. It just looks bad socially.

That happens to me too. Im not sure if that's the reason but I could be avoiding porn for like a week but once I'm done lifting I'm horny as fuck. Probably just makes sense to fap without watching porn but I guess that's where the addiction bit comes in.

Try to take it one day at a time. If you goto the gym on Mon/Wed/Fri. Come Monday just make yourself go. Rest. Literally forget about it and enjoy the next day. Wednesday just force yourself to go. I tell myself if I feel like I won't lift well / I'm not feeling it, that I'll worry about it when I get there. It doesn't even matter if you can't lift as much as you could, as long as you find the passion to get back up there. Jeff Nippard has a video on taking a break from the gym and starting your…

I know this isn't an answer to your question but I gotta say you're a good dude for sticking up against the POS bully.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
