Ish, 9/10 rapes on college campuses are from repeat offenders. A lot of times the victim doesn't want to come forward until they realize that other people have been hurt.

I was trying to point out that the OP made a misleading comment about the school kicking the student out because of "an accusation of false rape". Recanting her story, doesn't mean that that the facts of the case are any different now that she has chosen not to press charges. Also, whether or not the case was based on 51% or 99% is irrelevant, because neither of us knows the actual details of the case, so the argument of whether he was just barely found responsible is moot.

Just so you know, the expulsion of the male had to do with an investigation and trial by the student conduct board, which is completely unrelated to the police investigation. The conduct board found that there was enough evidence in the conduct case to find the student responsible, and once a complaint has been filed, they have to investigate it, which is not the case with a criminal investigation. I'm a business major, and there is about a 20:1 ratio at my campus, which is is pretty accurate of the field. There are only 21 female CEO's in fortune 500 companies which is about ~4%. I wish there were more woman... All male teams in every class can get competitive and brutish at times.

Universities need to appear transparent and that they are offering equal access to education to all people, so they are sort of forced to post stuff like this because there is still such a lack of representation with these kinds of people that apply and attend universities. If they already had a diverse applicant pool, they wouldn't need to post this kinda stuff.

May I ask what's the difference between what you want, and what Feminists want? Because to me that sounds like the same thing. Edit: FYI I'm not trying to bate an argument, I just really don't understand.

Really not sure why you're being downvoted, thanks for sharing your story. I think this graphic is flawed as well. It automatically assumes that all of the women who recanted their stories were lying about being raped. It doesn't examine whether or not they were coerced into protecting their attacker, or whether they decided later that they did not want to go through the painful legal process of testifying at trial.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
