3	Slap on the wrist for killing own child. Wow, just wow. A school friend of mine did this. Held his baby in his arms in the front seat of an overloaded car. They had a crash on the highway, and the baby was ripped from his arms, and went through the the windscreen. Like it or not, they also need a home, so part of the cost includes that, even if you aren't living in it. These costs don't vary based on how much you see them. It is an outmoded system that was constructed because society believed divorced women would either die on the streets, or walk them for a living.
