Low IQ people have traits which lead them to a more criminal lifestyle in a civilized society. Blacks are on average much lower IQ so yes they are more predisposed to operate on a lower level civilizational. Also there is no "think" needed because the science and statistics back this statement up. Race has a very high correlation with crime.
