Stop eating refined carbs Carbs aren't unhealthy; go for starchy carbs high in fiber (brown bread, brown rice, sweet potato, etc.) At the end of the day portion control is what's important. 12	To me, it feels like I can only approach a girl if we meet in a place where that's "socially acceptable", be it at a bar, work or school. How do you approach a girl who's just trying to mind her own business that you met at some random coffee shop? For me, just observe what they're doing at the time and form a dialogue through there.
