Their point is women need to take care of their health too in order to prevent stroke. Like heart disease. It's known more as a men's disease but it's not exclusively. You missed the point at best, or are looking for issues to be butt-hurt about at worst.

Like with all things in modern society we've lowered expectations of everyone except white men. So a fat woman has other (understandable) issues but a fat dude is just lazy.
