I don’t think you are weird for wanting an older man, but me personally I couldn’t date a man significantly older than me (+10 years). I had briefly tried, but I think the generational disconnect is a big hurdle for me. It’s also significantly harder to find a much older man with pure intentions as you mentioned. I’m 22 right now (so almost there haha), and I’m starting my BS for Early Childhood Education this fall. I’m also getting married this August. For me it’s still worth pursuing because it’s nice to have this knowledge for when I have my own kids, and I just have a general passion for children. The plan in my head is I can work part-time at a local small/church daycare, and maybe down the line go into something more full-time once my future kids are older.

To me a “Girls girl” is keeping an extra tampon in your purse, letting your friend borrow a sweater during a wardrobe malfunction, walking home with your coworkers in a pair/group, making sure your friend got home safe, and being a shoulder to cry and offering hard but helpful advice.

I would be 100% gone if it was a long-term affair, emotional cheating on top of that, and/or lead to STDs or STIs, etc. But when you’re together for that long sometimes it’s hard to say
