I cut out all processed grain from my diet when I started lifting again. Workout days I'll have fruit, whole grain oatmeal, or Greek yogurt with a little granola added in for extra carbs. Otherwise my carb intake comes from mostly vegetables I started 2 years ago at 220 and a fatass, now I'm about 180ish. Edit: A couple excellent resources that I use are mynetdiary.com and http://www.1percentedge.com/ifcalc/ The IF calc I use to calculate my macro intake for cutting / bulking, and i use the diar…

I have a good friend of mine like that, and he has a very strong personality-he tends to always be the center of attention I'm trying to learn to work around it when we go out together but I haven't figured it out yet

Its well worth it, even if it sets your graduation back by 6 months (i did 3 semesters working full time for school credit, but it got me the contacts to get hired immediately…

From the post he says that they were having an awesome relationship up until she went nutso. The only things you have control over in your life are yourself, and your actions. This reinforces that belief for me.

I got pointed to this sub by a friend a while ago. At the time I was single for years, but wasn't having much success with women he simply stated to me in passing "hey, you should check out this subreddit called "the red pill" Nothing more, nothing less.

I work in sales in an expensive city, where the most senior salesman usually picks up the whole tab for the night. Whenever I go back to my home town, I typically pick up the tab for my close friends because I still have this mentality (and because the drinks are insanely cheap)

When women go to choose a husband, they have to follow the instructions at the entrance: “You may visit this store ONLY ONCE! There are 6 floors to choose from. You may choose any item from a particular floor, or may choose to go up to the next floor, but you CANNOT go back down except to exit the building! So, a woman goes to th…
