I'm also a little lost when it comes to finding a nice person to love recently. Being a little autistic and dealing with its anxieties doesn't make it better sadly. I kinda started focussing on my own appearance for myself instead of others (including my behaviour). I work to live, I have to. I really want a dog but for now cats are a better pet since they don't mind being alone for a while and it can maintain his own sanitary needs. The only way I could have a dog is having a girlfriend who works part time or something I guess haha. My parents have dogs though, I have not really been approached while walking them but I get what you're saying. Complimenting someones dog or something is an easy way to start a conversation I guess.

I tried this with the neigbours dog lol, but I live in a rural area so I often don't see anyone else. I also don't have a dog myself, or time for a dog since I work fulltime..
