Except for the fact that the reasons industrialized nations have lower birth rates is because fewer kids allow parents to save more. Exactly my point? It's in the parents material interest to have less kids because they don't see a return on investment. Also reread the next part of your comment carefully. It quite literally makes no sense. I've read it 4 times and still can't grasp your point.

I mean yeah no shit lol. I understand your point, but you do understand there can be multiple reasons as to why declined birth rates industrialized society's? It dosent negate the fact my original point is that having children is for one's own benefit, specifically material interest. It also dosent acknowledge that even in these industries society's its still true that less wealthy communities have more kids then wealthier communities, despite access to bir5h controll

Yes, exactly? There is a clear trned between birthrate and development of a nation i.e. the more developed a nation is the lower the birthrate. This is clearly observable by looking at more industrialized nations compared to lesser ones. Even more noticeable comparing social classes in developed countries. So you seriously believe birth control is the reason? Then in America is still true that poorer communities have kids at a much greater rate than wealthier communties

OP you are presumably basing your opinion off your personal experiences or lack of, because literally everyone I know views valentines as a marketing gimmic or a mutual exchange of gifts. It's not an expection to the rule its literally rhe rule

They love their kids yeah, but I dont see how it contradicts my point at all? It's pretty clear that poorer people benefit more from having kids than richer people. I literally said that the desire to have family is strong so no shit it isnt literally just for practical purpose, but the only reason you'd ever want kids is purely for selfish reasons. As in YOU want a family. So why is it to absurd to go beyond and say they have kids for.... material reasons?
/r/PurplePillDebate16/02/23 12:30 AM

I mean, I slightly agree with you but they have a point. There's a reason why poorer people have more kids theb rich ones. While yes, love is a thing and the desire for a family is strong a lot of is down to practical material reasons. Peasants typically had kids to work to farm, most peasants stayed within their village. Having a productive kid would be a productive member of the village who would then be able to give and help the parents and others. Current day middle and upper class simply do…

You "valentines day is revolved around women because men are expected to give gifts while women aren't" Commentor response "in my experience both men and women exchange gifts" You "um actually um it dosent change the fact that it still revolves around women" ?????? So your proof for your claim is that only men are expected to give gifts and yet when confronted ad to why this js wrong you still maintain your exact claim without change? Very logical logic lol, such a stupid thread. Every coupl3 I …

If I was struggling on squat I'd hope no one would run and help tbh. That's what safety are for, I'd rather drop the weight than have some unpexcted rando come help. I had it happen one time and it kind of fucked my back a little lol. Not too bad but more then if icjust dropped it

Reread my comment and actually use critical thinking. YES your point I'd obvious, but it's incredibly gross to actually comment under someone's actual story of themselves being abused in order to win an internet argument against incels

Jesus I get the point you're trying to make, but don't actually say shit like this when someone is earnestly telling a story of them being abused. Jesus. You are just as vain and petty as those you are mocking

I find this to be absolutely true. I distinctly remember browsing incel selfie sub before it was banned. They were either semi attractive, or average dudes. Mostly skinny but few fat. Honestly the biggest problem with them physically was purely their fitness, many clearly did not lift or get any exercise. I distinctly rememebr seeing one who'd I'd understand why they were an incel. The rest were fake post of people pulled from the internet (like blackops cel)

Sorry that's been your experiences, and I echo the other commenter point But I think you're just simply missing the larger point. Men do genuinely enjoy cuddling, even if it dosent lead to sex (most people cuddle after sex in the first place) I really don't think its anything more complex than dudes getting horny when rubbing against someone. They like cuddling itself but also like sex lol so they want both

Not to demean your experiences or anything, but if two people being comfortable enough to cuddle implies that they are comfortable to have sex with each other lol. It dosent mean they don't like cuddling, people like kissing which often leads to sex but it be a little insane to suggest dudes only kiss to get sex lol I would say it is leading a guy on a little if you don't make it expressly clear that you aren't comfortable with more or really know them

This is an insane take Dudes are just horny and like to have sex. It isnt that they are trying to have sex by cuddling, just literally rubbing body's together with a women makes them horny lol. They still like cuddling independent of sex

Women attempt suicide at higher rates than men so there’s that. I have no real proof of this, but im pretty sure the reason for this is that women are more likely to seek help than hide it. More women are in therapy If a man attempts suicide, he's alnsot definitely less likely to tell anyone if he fails. The reason the success rate is so much higher isnt that men are simply more successful, but rather you can't hide a successful suicide as easily as an failed attempt

No offense, but if you see traveling as spending money you are kind of dumb lol Never been outside the USA, but like almost every travel trip I've done in the US has been with family and has been great memories. Like it's fun to see different aspects of the country, so I imagine it's even more memorable to see aspects of different countries

In anime it's usually a standard dude who's really nice and that's why the girls like him I've watched a ton of ankme in my youth, and the guy is only really shy in sexual advances which only exist to justify why he dosent have sex. Otherwise they are just a normal dude. Like komi San is super popular and I haven't even seem it but I'm 99% it fits the bill exactly like I described it. Dress up darling as well but I haven't watched it I think a perfect example of this rent a girlfriend, because i…

That's ridiculous, people can absolutely discriminate against their own sex. Absolutely, but in general you must agree people are inclined to side with their own sex? I never said they couldn't, but most same gender murders are not because they hate their own gender lol And killing members of the opposite sex isn't necessarily sexist either. True, I never said it was but my point I'd that the original op was bringing it up to make a larger point of what a society that kills its female population…

I mean, I didn't mean in my comment to say I agree or disagree. Just a assertion that there reference to high femicide rate would allude to a more widespread problem I looked a little into it, and yeah idk where they pull the number from, I think they might be lying lol I still don't see how it detracts from my point specifically of why you included the femicide rate, even if they lied/were false
/r/PurplePillDebate12/09/22 01:59 AM

What does that have to do with men being murdered? Because it isn't sexist to murder your own gender? And men are mich more open to attacking other men. Like in America it's shamed to even hit a women even if she is a aggressor. A large femicide rate would imply a large portion of the population doesn't hold this view? That it's socially acceptable to be an aggressor on women An important thing to note is that especially in amercis for reference, the murder rate is mutual. Dudes aren't murdering…

There are more male homicide victims Because men are inherently more violent. This is observable is literally every murder statistics in every country Women are not murdering men at a higher rate, and if they are its a sign of a problem within said country The only people murdering at a large scale are men, and a large femicide rate implies they are targeting women
/r/PurplePillDebate11/09/22 10:17 PM

No offense op but do you have any reading comprenhision? Why is it a special crime when women get murdered? High femicide rates don't exist in isolation and the point is a country with high femicide rates might imply a general distain and hatred for women? Which would explain why a large scale feminist movement, which I'd at times toxic, would exist?

Love for children from a mother is unconditional, not always but yes generally yes it is. "But it is conditional you're their son" yes, butvthats not the point. There are limits to human expression and language, and we often use words and phrases that do not align with the meaning of those words because the ideas and emotions can still be expressed with said words Besides, what is even your point? When most people say unconditional love the mean that you'll be loves no matter what. A mothers lov…

Sorry if I was being harsh, I understand where you're coming from How to start? And what to do? I wish there was a strict guide. I think a fundamental thing to note is that there isn't a how to start. I'm sure I and others can give advice, but at the end of the day most people just live. They don't need a guide. They don't self improve, or anything. They just exist and life happens. I dont know what your life circumstances are, but at the end of the day what else is there to do but find out your…

And? Yes no shit it makes it harder, exponentially harder to find a date, but you aren't undateable. Like, yes it's unfair bit you're just going to have to put in more effort than everyone else. Would you rather have a happy life with a fulfilling relationship or just sulk on incel forums about how undatable you are?

OP shut the actual fuck up, you aren't too ugly to date wtf??? Yeah, you aren't a 10/10 gigachad but seriously dude? Have you gone outside and looked at couples? You look fairly cute besides certain features. I hate to be the dude that says this, but if you are struggling its probably more to due with how you carry yourself than your looks. How tall are you?

This is such obvious bullshit lol There are a lot of women who want "manly men" but there is arguably just as many that want "cute men" Are you aware of k-pop? Or any early boy bands?

Nah hard disagree Sure in some cases, but I never took care of my skin and since actually doing a basic skin care routine, almost competely healed besides a few scars which are fading. I don't even go too hard. Just wash in the morning, moisturize, sunscreen, then at night I use a cleanser, pads for acne scars, wash eith water then moisturize. Done wonders for me
