Good approach will build attraction right away. Generic hi and questions sound bad. Cocky funny builds attraction, not serious/romantic. Touch is used to escalate, minor touch to start with. Bounce with the group back to your house or there's or wherever. Isolate target. Escalate more with touch while acting not interested, will have her begging for intimacy.

Well if you need a plan just start with approaching. A couple of decent canned opener's is a good start. Then small talk. And politely excuse yourself. Then when you get confident with that go for a close. Number close minimum.
