Sound fishy. Why would she give him your number?

You can say one parent is the Sun and one parent is Water. Needs both to grow strong.

Do us all a favor and go out and get laid. The best thing you can tell her is: I believe you, and drop it. You've been with the same girl since puberty. Now go out and get laid ASAP.

Wow! I always ask myself why do people get married? The one positive thing I always forget, is shes not able to take the kids away from you as easily when the children are born in the marriage.

That's an expensive way of doing it. Use an app like talking parents or Family wizard.

You know in a lot of jurisdictions you can request the body cam footage on the police department or the sheriff's office web portal for like 10 bucks. Nothing's better than body cam footage from a DV battery arrest to put things into perspective.

My baby mama is Borderline / Sociopath combo. She has a fear of the children abandoning her since they have been old enough to walk. She won't abandon them yet, they haven't developed their sense of self yet She will use the kids as leverage on me and other family members. Manipulating other people with the kids is her specialty. There's so many options. I need to save them before it's too late.

All right. I'm about 3 years in. I was thinking what happens when the custody and the assets are all all ruled on by the judge. What if your ex doesn't want to finalize the divorce and still wants to fight? How do you end the divorce? Don't both parties have to agree

It takes a year or two it seems for the judge to finally see what's really going on

Yeah believe me, I know. My wife created an argument about putting toppings on a pizza, I told her that I was going to call the police. she ended up calling 911 And locked herself in the bedroom and was talking on the phone forever. I fell asleep on the couch next to my 4-year-old daughter. I woke up at like 4: 30am my wife was getting arrested in the front yard saying aren't you going to arrest him. When I talked to the officer afterwards I was like what happened. Your wife let us in the house …

Exactly I'm divorcing someone that believes our young children are emotional support animals. It is unjustified restrictive gatekeeping basically, that turns into a parental alienation situation if I don't act decisively.

You're 100% correct. It's pretty fucked up.

I guess you got a point in there, but it's an analogy of a plant needing sunlight. Not that the world revolves around me.

I'm representing myself, pro se now in this fiasco. This divorce / custody case has been going on for 4 years. The family law system is something else. Everything's backlogged waiting and waiting for the judge to enforce his order. While we're waiting one parent is using her position as a Teacher and the educational institution to significantly restrict, developmental disadvantage, and alienate the children from a loving parent In order to gain full custody in litigation. If you're a Teacher peo…

Public school was the plan. She enrolled the child in that private school unilaterally without my knowledge or consent, when she got the job. Right before school started. Yes, the school supposedly pays tuition since she works there. Her motives are not about money. They are about Control. If you can't control the child's environment, you can't brainwash them. That is her ultimate goal. To alienate the children means they can't abandon her. She's positive the kids will leave her because they wil…

Shared parental responsibility & Joint decision making. It says: both parents must mutually agree on major life decisions for the children. The custody order is about as ambiguous and boilerplate you can get.

OK, that's good advice. Thanks. It's a Private School as well, which complicates things a bit.

Yeah, I think you're on to something here. He failed to learn anything. It's really not an ideal co-parenting environment for the kids.

You learn nothing from success. It's a new day. You will learn more from your failures - so embrace those mistakes, as difficult as that sounds, and grow from them.

It's a difficult decision but you must choose wisely. J/K. I would just do the shady duck out in the middle of the night? There's no shame in that. Change your phone number.

Never a dull moment. My ex is unstable. has an untreated, undiagnosed illness, a psychological one, and she is doing so great, I am a womanizer badass, and the kids have psychological problems. We don't know what's wrong with them. It's so hard on us, It's not my fault I'm a good mom. Yet the kids, their grandparents, and their last stable parent (me), all in therapy because we lived with you. In therapy because we trusted you. She was baiting me like I'll throw him this one. I'll throw him that…

Quick question: Does your wife have a positive relationship with her father?? If it sounds exactly like your wife. Do not tell her, you think she may have a personality disorder and you want to help her resolve her past traumas. EVERYTHING IS A CONTRADICTION. If you don't see it you haven't been paying attention long enough. document everything record every conversation trust your gut feeling Try to view the situation through your kids eyes. What would be in the best interest of the children. fo…

Hey we'll, I think I was just scratching the surface it's not just that my ex is a pathological liar, the person I thought that my wife was never really existed. My unsettling revelation wasn't just that she lied about specific events - it was my realization that the person I thought I knew was herself a fabrication. A carefully constructed mirror of my own emotions and personality. When someone has no stable sense of self, as with untreated Cluster B disorders like she does, truth becomes meani…

A piece of paper that can cause so much damage because people believe in what it represents. Literally all you have to do is just change your tax return from Married jointly to Single. Congratulations you're Single now! You can tell that punk ass ex of yours that you don't know what she's on, but you're worried about her. You think she may need to talk to somebody that can help with her addiction. Stage and intervention with people you don't know. Wait are you serious right now you thought that …

Congratulations. Now you're an equal parent. Joint decision making is the best? Thanks Court:) My kids generation when they grow up they will burn the family court system to the ground and start from scratch. The Family Court System assists your family separation by putting your child directly in the middle of the conflict. The courts know that your kids can be used as weapon on you as well that's where they make the big bucks. If you're a shitty parent the kids don't end up hating you they end …

The reality is you just can't do anything right now. You're going to feel like you can't do anything right, because you can't do anything right with a spouse that is sabotaging your every move. Once the divorce is finalized, you can start doing things the right way and building your life back to align with your values. Until that paperwork is signed and final, using your logic will just prolong the inevitable. What you think is the right thing to do is the worst thing possible especially in fami…

I'm living with my folks in my hometown all of a sudden too, fighting for time with my kids and ready for this damn nightmare to be finalized. Time to move to a new city! That does sound really appealing. What city are you moving to?
