To all men here, Id highly recommend getting a hard copy of the LDS Preparedness Manual. Its the bible for prepping. No nonsense info on food storage, ammo, communication, etc. It is LDS, so some religious messages are peppered in FYI. https://www.ldsavow.com/PrepManualGeneral.html

How do these trusts operate? Im interested in this approach. Plan to get married next year. I plan to buy the house before marriage. Looks like a trust is the easiest way to shelter that asset. Is this more defensible and rock solid than a prenup to shelter the asset? Thanks for the help. Came over from TRM, really enjoying this forum
