It will be fixed whem people are willing to do what's needed. Mass deportation. Military securing the borders. That is the only solution. Or the Western world ceases to exist.

Nothing in normal amounts but a lot of it can be toxic. If you eat a bunch of Brazil nuts every day and get a good amount of selenium from your normal diet you could accumulate a toxic amount. It's a very important nutrient but you don't want to go overboard with it.

If you're supplementing with zinc and looking for an easy way to add copper consider pistachios. They're loaded with good nutrients including copper. Brazil nuts are great too but very high in selenium so you shouldn't eat too many.

Occassional TRP reader here. Rarely comment. Wanted to say thanks for a well thought out and written post I enjoyed. I sometimes think the last part about marriage is quite frustrating. It's 100% true. I see so few happy married couples and it's a totally bad deal for a man. Once in a while I see an old married couple together though, 65+ old I mean, and I think I'd like to have that someday. It does seem completely impossible given modern laws and social norms though.

I follow TRP but rarely bother to engage. Wanted to point out that there are fun, cheap and even free ways to learn languages. For less then the cost of a few games you can get enough tools to learn a language to at least a useful level.

That's a damn good point. In my particular area we've had a couple of known scammers, so I may be more suspicious than most. At the same time I have given money to a few. Especially in poor countries.
