This is stupid, I can't just buy it somewhere? There are no showings anywhere even remotely close to me (not like I'd travel hours away for a movie anyway) and there is no way I am going to "organize a screening" and make myself a target for feminist backlash. I just want to see the movie...it's 2016, there shouldn't be barriers like this anymore.

This story is so typical at this point. Boy meets girl, boy and girl have sex, everything is just fine. Then when the guy sleeps with a different girl, the first girl gets jealous and decides, gasp! "She was raped!" Fucking sickening that people do this. Not just for ruining this guy's life, but for undermining ACTUAL sexual assault victims.

I don't understand how a woman can unilaterally decide to end a marriage, by her own choice, then get paid alimony afterwards, even if the marriage ending was her choice. Meanwhile the helpless man can't do anything about losing his wife, he just has to let her go AND pay her for the rest of his life.

I was wondering why more people on the state side weren't pushing back against these schools. Sure, the DOE is pushing these ridiculous standards on the universities on the threat of pulling federal funding, but the schools have to be getting money from the states too. We need more people in charge of state budget committees to get involved in this.

Holy shit, what has happened to the world? When I was growing up, I was taught that it's important to respect others' right to free speech. I may disagree with what you say but I'll defend to the death your right to say it. If a guy wants to stand up and shout that he hates all black people and include some other colorful language...yes, that makes him an asshole. But he should still have that right.

I didn't understand what you meant by your last sentence so I looked it up. I had NO idea that you have to pay for a "TV license" in the UK. I just did a little bit of reading on the whole thing, the enforcement of it...it seems really silly to me. Especially when you get into laptops, tablets, etc. and whether they are plugged in making a difference. Kind of funny actually. I imagine if I were in the UK I would probably fuck with the enforcement people when they tried to pester me.

I can definitely relate to this. I wouldn't say I'm suicidal, but I read stories about guys who have been put through the ringer, either on child support or a trumped up rape claim, and I know if I were ever in a situation that bad, I would have no problem killing myself.

The reason why this kind of shit keeps happening? Too many people like you "just want it to be over with" and don't take it down the legal route. If your son was falsely accused, you need to take the steps to correct it, at least get your story out there. If people who were falsely accused would stand up and say enough is enough instead of just trying to get it to go away, maybe we wouldn't be in this mess.

I showed this to my fiancé and she said, "Well maybe they were getting some kind of tattoo to identify him if he ever gets lost or something," as though that would somehow make it ok. I told her I'd bet my next 10 pay checks it wasn't anything like that and was a "decorative" tattoo. I couldn't find a description of what the tattoo actually was in the video comments. Anyone know what it was so I can settle this with her?
