It’s disgustingly fat considering most women don’t have a lot of muscle either. My LTR is 5’9 and about 150. 2	What's your attack plan for 2021? Love this, career wise I reached my goal this year and got a nice promotion so upcoming I plan on getting a paper out and presenting at a conference once we can travel. physically I’d like to do a little mini cut and get down from 200 to 185 as I feel I look best at that weight. Finally last goal is to travel out of the country and save more money.
