Dude it is so much harder to build a great cut body as a guy, so much working out and being super disciplined about your nutrition. Girls have it so much easier , just have to stay low body fat

I mean I think people should be able to eat how they want. That being said, in my personal opinion the vegan diet leaves much to be desired. Low levels of energy and shit nutrition. For me personally my performance and health only get better the more animal products I eat

Not at all. It takes a lot of effort to re program your brain to an extent. Need to change the way you think, realize you don't need a women to be happy. It's hard considering a lot of us were raised that way
