I like to think that where there is a will there is a way. And while I appreciate the attempt at consolidating me and offering advice, it seems you have a negative outlook on life, where I like to have a positive one. Thank you! I found a little app that looks like it will help in the long run. Something like 10 bucks unlimited recording... yada yada but good reviews. I let her know about the therapy bit, and let her know that he needs to get to a doctor for an official small boy inspection. And the bit about the good terms... That seems to be my life story man; no drama. But it's hard work, to say the least.

Thank you for the advice. I offered her to stay with me here in oregon until she can get back on her feet, and let her know that they are no longer allowed around him. I guess his family cancelled her car insurance, phone, and everything... They also bailed him out of jail and he is staying outside of tucson with his parents. I made a formal request for information via the tucson police department's website... For a civil lawsuit on behalf of my son, which kind of lawyer do I need? I don't know …
