Questions about LiftingLet me let you in on a little secret....if you don't have time, make time. I don't know your situation perfectly, but I would be willing to bet that you have the time to go the gym at least 4x a week for an hour or so. Stop making excuses. They are going to get you nowhere. | /r/askTRP | 31/01/16 07:24 AM

How To Know When To Go Into Monk ModeThank you. I just read it. One of the three I's was isolation. How much of an isolation should you have during MM? Somebody commented above that Monk Mode shouldn't be an excuse to avoid social interaction. I associate that with not being isolated. So, is it a moderated isolation? | /r/askTRP | 05/10/15 06:16 PM
How To Know When To Go Into Monk ModeI was reading an article on it last night from illimitable men and they said cut out junk social interactions (like getting coffee). How do you know what social things are junk/not junk? | /r/askTRP | 05/10/15 06:14 PM

Pickup at the gymI'm not going to personally tell you have to train, but I would just recommend knowing your end goal (ideal physique, weight, body fat). Then move from there. I think a lot of people fall into the mindset of "The harder I work/more time I spend at the gym the faster I will get ripped." This isn't completely false, but you can easily over work your body. I would focus on training smarter and not harder. The best body builders in the world usually don't go to the gym 12 times a week year round. Ta… | /r/seduction | 14/04/15 04:49 AM
Pickup at the gymOn a side note: Why in the hell are you going to the gym 6 days a week, twice a day? That's a ridiculous schedule that in my opinion isn't going to get you closer to your goals because you will overtrain yourself (unless you are on steroids) | /r/seduction | 13/04/15 12:50 PM
How to respond to a rejection?I would definitely man up and ask her in person. Asking over Facebook is very middle school. In my experience, my success rate of asking in person opposed to over social media is much higher. I don't think that's a coincidence. If she says no, I usually smile and say "better than not trying. Have a great day." | /r/seduction | 25/03/15 06:13 PM

Student kicked out of college classroom for questioning "1 in 5 college women sexually assaulted claim".I agree with this. You need to know your place. I encourage that this guy went against the grain of popular opinion, but in the environment he was in it wasn't a great idea. One thing I have learned throughout the years is to win at life (however you define that) you have to appeal to others emotions. Hopefully he will learn from this. | /r/TheRedPill | 20/03/15 02:34 AM
